Element PFP was contracted by Novus Property Solutions to carry out all passive fire remedial works as part of their refurbishment program. The scope of work included addressing existing defects in the original building’s passive fire protection systems and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. Additionally, Element PFP was responsible for implementing fire protection measures for any new penetrations resulting from the refurbishment works.
