Service Overview
Element PFP was contracted by Novus Property Solutions to carry out all passive fire remedial works as part of their refurbishment program. The scope of work included addressing existing defects in the original building’s passive fire protection systems and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. Additionally, Element PFP was responsible for implementing fire protection measures for any new penetrations resulting from the refurbishment works.

Challenges Faced
Conducting fire stopping surveys and remedial works at Morrison’s presents a unique set of challenges. Due to the busy hours during the day, our team conducted works during the night to ensure they were completed without interrupting customers or staff. There was consistent communication between our team and the Morrison’s team to ensure that all the necessary works were completed within the given time and our expert team did so.
