Service Overview
Following instruction from our client, CBRE , Element PFP were tasked with completion of all passive fire remedials works identified from a full comprehensive PFP survey in order to bring the overall standards of compliance in line with today’s specifications. This particular project worked alongside a full office refurbishment program, with all additional/new penetrations being incorporated within our package.

Challenges Faced
Conducting fire stopping surveys and remedial works at West Gate Offices presents a set of challenges. Office blocks are typically occupied during business hours, requiring careful scheduling and communication between our team and the client to avoid disrupting office workers. Another challenge is navigating and working around existing installations like electrical wiring, plumbing, and HVAC systems without causing damage. This was accomplished by our skilled and qualified team, with the works completed in the given time.
