You are required by law to have a fire door installation inspected every 6 months. We can inspect your fire doors and carry out surveys to determine if any remedial works are required.
You will receive an IFC certificate after any work is completed and a full O&M manual for your new fire door.

Fire door installation in the UK is regulated under several standards and regulations. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 makes the “responsible person” legally obligated to ensure fire doors are properly installed and maintained.
From September 2029, only fire doors classified under European standards (such as BS EN 13501-2) will be accepted under Building Regulations in England for new installations. Existing fire doors will remain valid if they are properly maintained.
