Following instruction from our client, CBRE , Element PFP were tasked with completion of all passive fire remedials works identified from a full comprehensive PFP survey, in order to bring the overall standards of compliance in line with today’s specifications. This particular project is staged across a 3 phase program to ensure the function of the building can continue, while a pragmatic approach is taken in order to reduce the overall fire safety risk.
